Returns & Exchange

At Avocado.pk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly help you with an exchange under the following guidelines:

 

Exchange Policy

  • We have a No Cash Refund Policy.
    Instead, a Credit Voucher or exchange option will be provided against eligible returns.
  • We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of purchase for an exchange.
  • Items purchased during Sale or Discount Offers can be exchanged one time only, and only for another color or size (subject to availability).
  • Please return goods along with the original invoice and clearly mention the reason for exchange.

 

Exchange Process

There are two ways to process your exchange:

Option 1: Customer Dispatch

If you wish to exchange an item, please ship the parcel to our warehouse at the address provided below.
Once the item is received, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the product.
After QC approval, your new product will be dispatched to you.

 

Return Address:

Please make sure the parcel is sent through a traceable courier service (e.g., Leopards, TCS, M&P) at your own expense.

Option 2: Avocado Pickup Service

If you are unable to send the parcel yourself, we can arrange a pickup from your address.
However, please note:

  • The pickup delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Charges will vary depending on your location and will be informed prior to pickup confirmation.

Once the parcel is received at our warehouse, the QC process will be completed before your exchange order is dispatched.

 

Exchange Voucher

If you prefer not to exchange immediately, we can issue an Exchange Voucher equal to the invoice value of your returned item.
This voucher can be used for future purchases at Avocado.pk.

 

️ Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Products failing QC inspection (used, washed, damaged, or missing tags) will not qualify for exchange or voucher issuance.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Repack the Merchandise
Ensure the item(s) you wish to return are properly packed, including all original tags and packaging.

Step 2: Ship to Warehouse
Send your parcel via a traceable courier service to:

Step 3: Quality Check & Dispatch
Once we receive your parcel, our QC team will inspect the item.
After successful verification, your replacement item or exchange voucher will be issued.
