SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1. What are your shipping charges?
Our standard shipping fee is PKR 149 on all orders across Pakistan. However, orders above PKR 3,999 qualify for free shipping.

 

Q2. When can I expect my delivery?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

 

Q3. Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

 

Q4. How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
You can also track your order directly on our website using your order number.

Q1. How accurate are your product colors?
We try our best to ensure that the product colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, camera effects, or screen resolution differences.

 

Q2. Are your sizes accurate?
Yes! Our sizes follow standard measurements and are tested for accuracy. However, as every body type is unique, we recommend checking the Size Chart available on each product page before placing your order.

 

Q3. How can I find my accurate size in shirts or trousers?
Please refer to our detailed Size Chart provided on each product page.
You can also measure one of your existing garments and compare it with our chart for the most accurate fit.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Q1. How can I exchange a product?
You can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by contacting our support team.
Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

You may return your order within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.

 

Q3. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
