Q1. How can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse by contacting our customer support. Please email us your query at

Q2. I want to change my delivery address?

Before the order is dispatched:

  • Cancel the order by contacting our customer care team to change the delivery address.

  • Support@avocado.pk

  • One the order is cancelled you may simply place another order with the correct delivery address.
    *Delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Q3. I want to change my product size?

    Before the order is dispatched, cancel the order by contacting us through phone and/or email and place the order again with the desired product size. *Product szie cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    Q4. I have lost my invoice copy, what should I do?

    SHIPPING / EXCHANGE:

    Q1. When can I expect the delivery of my product?

    Once you receive the shipping confirmation, your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

    Q2. How can i exchange the product.

    If you contact us within 15 days we will replace/exchange your product, you can contact us on our email support@avocado.pk or call us at 0333-2862236.
