Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.

•Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

•Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.

•Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

•All returns should be sent to Avocado’s store, Shop # 169/2 Kurta Gali Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan.

THESE STEPS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

1. REPACK MERCHANDISE

Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.

2. SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
